Submit A Defective Device For a RMA Return
Fill out this form once confirmed with GPS Support staff that your device does not work.
When submitting a device for an RMA return it is important that you have tested this unit in multiple ways to confirm that the unit actually is defective. Be sure to unplug and reinstall the unit and drive it around for a minute or two to test. Secondly if this does not work be sure to test this unit in another working vehicle to make sure that it is not a vehicle issue. Once this is confirmed be sure to check for physical damage. If it some sort of physical damage causing the device not to work Geotab will not refund this unit.
